How do we learn to see, shape, and share the future in a world marked by increasing ambiguity?
Futures-centered design helps us look beyond the visible horizon, and optimistically imagine bold new possibilities. By regularly researching external trends, adjacent industries, and underlying driving forces, we can find inspiration from diverse perspectives and expertise across a wide spectrum of topics and disciplines. In doing so, we learn to question the status quo, and get comfortable with the inherent ambiguity that comes with exploring new terrain. Futures-centered design is a practice, process, and leadership posture that not only helps us imagine our preferred futures, but also helps us bring them to life.
