The designer, engineer, and radical thinker Scott Waters will be visiting the Karma Bird House to give a lecture on process and passion on Thursday, May 24th.
Followed by a hands-on design workshop for a small group on the morning of Friday, May 25th. Both events are free and open to the public, the workshop will have limited seating.
Scott Waters is an industrial designer and product development expert who has worked with some of the best product design teams in the world. He has created concepts and helped bring products to life for Tesla, Segway, Intuitive Surgical, Otto Motors, and most recently the Nuro autonomous vehicle.
The event on Thursday begins with a thirty minute social from 5:30 - 6:00pm, Mr. Waters’ presentation will begin at 6:00 and end at 6:30 for thirty minutes of Question and Answer.
Mr. Waters’ workshop will be limited to ten people, first come first serve, beginning at 8:30 AM and ending at 10:30 am in the rooftop space of the Karma Bird House at 47 Maple Street in Burlington, Vermont.
